Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing & Shipping Time
- Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays) after quality inspection and packaging.
- Custom Orders: 3–7 business days, subject to the description on the product page.
- Cut-off Time: Orders paid before 16:00 local time will be prioritized for same-day or next-day processing; orders paid after 16:00 will be processed the next business day.
- After Shipping: Tracking numbers will be uploaded within 24 hours, and notifications will be sent via email or SMS.
2. Shipping Areas & Rates
International Shipping (mainly via postal small packet)
- Shipping Destinations: United States, Canada, United Kingdom, European Union, Australia, Singapore, Malaysia, and other regions.
- Shipping Cost: Automatically calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Free shipping for orders over USD 12.
- Estimated Delivery Time: Standard shipping: 7–40 business days.
3. Order Tracking
- A tracking link will be provided after shipment. You can track your order via Shopify backend, email, or 17track.
- Delays in tracking updates are normal. Please check again after 24–48 hours.
- If there is no update for a long time: Please contact customer service for assistance.
4. Customs Duties & Taxes
- International orders do NOT include destination customs duties, VAT, or customs clearance fees. All fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
- Buyers must cooperate to provide information for customs clearance. Any loss due to refusal to pay taxes resulting in return or destruction shall be borne by the buyer.
- Optional: We support Shopify Taxes / DDP prepayment of duties and taxes at checkout.
5. Order Modification & Cancellation
- Before Shipment: You can modify the shipping address, change styles, or cancel the order by contacting customer service.
- After Shipment: Cancellation or address changes are not available. Please follow the return & exchange process after delivery.
6. Delivery Issues & Refusal
- Additional shipping fees caused by wrong address, no one receiving, redelivery, or return shall be borne by the buyer.
- Unconditional refusal of delivery: Refund will be processed after deducting round-trip shipping fees from the order total.
- Lost or damaged items: Please provide photos of the package + proof of delivery. We will resend or refund within 7 business days.
7. Jewelry Packaging & Safety
- All items are packed in pressure-resistant, scratch-resistant, sealed jewelry boxes or bags to reduce damage during shipping.
- Shipping insurance is available for high-value orders.
- We do not ship to PO Boxes / APO / FPO addresses.
8. Force Majeure & Exceptions
We will not be liable for delays caused by force majeure, including but not limited to holidays, weather, customs inspections, epidemics, etc. We will assist you in following up as much as possible.
